Need a Full-Time Virtual Assistant in Philippines

*READ THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION VERY CAREFULLY* Hello, We have a position open for a Virtual Assistant. This is job is only available to someone from the Philippines. YOU MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND A GOOD WRITER! This is a Full time position 8 hours a day 5 days a week. You will be responsible for Writing, link building, SEO, some html, e-mailing, research, ect... We will need detailed reports at the end of each work day, and you must be available on Skype. You must be an Independent Contractor! We will not hire you if you are working for someone else! Job Requirements: ----------------- Ability to write VERY VERY well in Proper English is a must as you will be doing a lot of it. You'll be responsible for updating several blogs on a daily basis. Also writing articles, e-mails and sales materials. You must be Trustworthy, hard working and reliable. You need to be able to work independantly without supervision. You can not work for a company, and must be an independent contractor that will ONLY work for us full time. Ability to give and take constructive feedback. (If you don;t understand something, you need to let us know so we can reach a solution - VERY IMPORTANT) Fast learner. We will train you on how to do things but you'll also need to be able to figure a lot of things out on your own as well. Well organized and detail oriented. You need to be able to work from home with a broadband internet connection and a good computer. Good communication is a must. You'll need to keep in regular communication with us via skype and e-mail. Its important that you're able to communicate effectively, ask questions and fully understand a task before doing it. Job Description: ---------------- - Writing: You'll be doing a lot of research on various topics and then writing blog posts and articles. This will be one of the main things you'll do so the ability to research and write well are an absolute must for this position. You will also be submitting the articles to various article directories. They will need to be original, pass copyscape tests, and of good quality to be accepted to the directories. You must be familiar with [login to view URL] requirements, as these are the types of articles we will need. -Market Research: you will need to do some extensive research on various topics for writing articles / ebooks or short reports. - SEO link building: You'll be responsible for creating accounts and submitting links to various sites. Also finding and commenting on blogs and other forms of link building. A familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (seo) is good but we can train you. - Various Miscellaneous work: we'll send you different projects to do including research, writing up job descriptions for outsource projects, contacting and e-mailing business contacts and other website owners, posting on forums, proof reading and re-writing, general customer service, etc... -Graphics Design - this is not a must, but if you have graphics design skills it will be a plus. Payment Details: ---------------- We're looking for someone that we can work with for the LONG TERM. Your Base Pay will be $300 per month paid via PayPal. We will pay you bi-weekly (2 times per month) at the end of each period if you prefer. Pay increases and bonuses WILL be given based on your performance!
