Abstract Book / Proceedings for a conference need to be designeout from about 90 Abstracts in single Word format documents (one abstract has about 2-4 pages in average) , which need to be layouted and implemented according to a previous conference abstract book and according a list of these articles, which will be provided. BAsically, the abstracts are allto keep very simple in Layout, but every Word Abstract needs some small adjustements in title/ author section so that they all look the same at the end. At the end we need a A4-sized pdf file which consists of these Abstracts with title and Author index and one Advertisement page (pdf provided). I assume this project will be realized in Indesign, so the open file needs to be provided at the end too. Work/Project needs to be comleted by May 7, 2014. ONLY BIDDERS WHO HAVE ABSTRACT BOOK / PROCEEDINDS FOR CONFERENCES IN THEIR PORTFOLIO OR EXPERIENCE IN THE WORK OF ABSTRACT BOOKS / PROCEEDINGS FOR CONGRESSES WILL BE LOOKED AT.
