Banner Creation Not-for-profit Organisation

We are a not-for-profit organisation seeking to expand our presence via the internet, as such we are in need of a professional banner design for the launch of our web site. The banner needs to bee in 200(height) x 700 (Width). We are called [login to view URL] and the audience we target at are mormons (LDS church) and Jehovah Witnesses (Watchtower). The banner needs to have a theme that will meet both of these religious bodies. This is required rather urgently, as it is holding up the release of our site. As we are not-for-profit we have a very limited budget.
