design 2 concepts (12 templates) for clean looking web site(repost)

We are looking for a designer who has experience in designing functional sites (vs. experiential... so we are not looking for flashy web site).

Do not bid if you don't have any feedback or are rated below 9

Clean look with some web 2.0 elements

We will provide wireframes containing all elements we want to see on each template

You will desing 2 distinct concepts of home page and one additional page (so 2 pages)

Then upon our feedback and selection of 1 concept, you will continue to produce about 10 templates.

Only design is required (layered PSD), no html coding

Again, we will provide wireframe and you will provide your original designs

## Deliverables

Original art and designs

PSD layer files delivered throughout the project timeline

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Hi and thanks for your bid. Most bids are too high and I realized that perhaps you are confused about these templates. So to make things simpler, please re-submit your bid for designing 2 unique concepts. Each concept design will have a home page and a product details page (so 4 pages in total). We will provide a logo and copy. Please let us know if you will require royalty free stock photography - we can purchase it but you will have to choose what you need. Good Luck!
