Ghostwriting a promotional piece for a film project
- Status Closed
- Budget $5000 - $10000 USD
- Total Bids 20
Small media company is looking for an experienced ghostwriter to create a companion book that will be given out as a promotional piece for an upcoming film.
We have the novel THIRTY THREE CECILS under contract --- this novel is the account of fictitious events from 1992. However, the novel is written in such a realistic manner that Amazon has called the book --- 'the novel that you will need to Google to see if it's real'.
We want to capitalize on this, and need an author to put together a small companion book, around 40,000 words, that will document the events mentioned in the novel, as if they really did happen --- this will act the same way the news website for 'The Blair Witch Project' did when that film was released.
Our budget for the ghostwriting project is $8,000, with half down upon agreement and the remainder upon final acceptance.
The writer would need to be very familiar with the novel and we would definitely like to speak to anyone who has already written a review of the book. And although we have categorized this as a ghostwriting project, we would be happy to share the authors byline if desired.
