I'm looking to have the logic for the attached program changed. I'll explain it in depth below. Currently the program has a [login to view URL] file that looks something like this: 10 [login to view URL],10,44,c:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\[login to view URL],c:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\[login to view URL] Here's what it breaks down to: <server query="" frequency="">
[IP of server to query],LowerThreshold(Q),UpperThreshold(W), batch file to launch if below lower threshold (Q), batch file to launch if above upper threshold (W).
I want to change this program's logic a bit.
At the moment there are two thresholds: the upper and lower threshold. If population for the server it queries is above W (upper threshold), it launches the second batch file; if population for the server it queries is below Q (lower threshold), it launches the first batch file.
I want to just have a single lower threshold (below which it launches one batch file), but I want to create several upper thresholds.
Each upper threshold will be higher than the next. E.g.
Lower threshold = Q
Upper threshold 1 = W
Upper threshold 2 = X
Upper threshold 3 = Y
Upper threshold 4 = Z

Quantified:

Lower Threshold = 10
Upper threshold 1 = 20
Upper threshold 2 = 30
Upper threshold 3 = 40
Upper threshold 4 = 50

If the server is queried and the pop returned back is 7, it will do the batch file for the lower threshold. If it queries it again and the population is 15, it won't do anything, because it's above the lower threshold, and below the lowest upper threshold. If population goes up to 22, it would do the batch file associated with upper threshold 1. If it goes to 35 after, it will do the batch file for threshold 3 -- so on and so forth.
I hope that all makes sense. If it doesn't, feel free to inquire!
Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
