I want a program that will allow the website visitor to design his/her own custom car. Every new make and model will need to be available as well as popular muscle and classic cars.. Also, customer needs to be able to change the color of vehicle, add custom wheels, tint windows and interior color. I want an real estimate. Please, do not submit a bid if you haven't done a major project. Again, i'm not looking for the cheapest estimate.
