Classified ads website!!!

I would like to have a kijiji similar website but with a little bit different features. If you can make a clone of kijiji, it would even be better. 1. I want that this clone site to be available worldwide and not only in canada. 2. I want it to have a uploadable customized logo and customizable pages. [login to view URL] the category would be exactly the same as kijiji and even the personals section would be available. 4. This site should not require membership because it should only use email address to post and reply to ads, it should have an admin area although it doesn't need membership and the ad submission area should be exactly the same as kijiji. 5. the payment gateway should be available on paypal and wire transfer using bank account numbers. 6. it should be capable of having unlimited ad posts. 7. should have an ad placement for google adsense using the google adsense code and it should be next to logo. 8. it should be a website script that is easy to upload or install to a web hosting provider.
