Make Functional A FORTRAN 77 Program

Hello. Hope all are doing well. I have a FORTRAN 77 written in 1988. What I please need is someone with good FORTRAN skills to fix it and make it functional. I have included in the program functions it needs and also made comments through it. It is setup to run only with DOPRI8. The program compiles with warnings using GFORTRAN with ECLIPSE IDE. When the program runs, it freezes.
