Custom video player with many features

Custom H.264 Flash Player coded in AS3 - needs to support all of the latest flash video formats - pre and post roll video advertisements supporting video and image formats - rotating text advertisements overlaying the video while it is playing - auto scrolling on mouse-over related videos at the end after a video has finished playing - hd/sd button to play either hd or sd video file - playlist ability to play multiple videos - ability to set the color of the menu bar using 3 gradient colors - link/email/embed code buttons and functionality - fullscreen - original size/show video in 100% width and height toggle button - volume control - menu button linking to playlists, which has prev, next links to show unlimited vidoes - ability to set player logo using external image, option for any of the four corners - RTMP support for flash media servers - all configurations must be able to be set in a xml file - similar design to web anatomy player - must have full rights to the player
