I-Rater platinum - Custom Template

I have a site [login to view URL] running Irater Platunium v3.2.1. Now to do this project you really need to know what a "chav" is, so this project would appeal more to those from the uk. A definition of a chav can be found here: [login to view URL];r=f And pictures of chavs can be found here: [login to view URL] They are a type of people, usually 15 - 30 year old who commonly wear burberry print baseball caps and tracksuits with lots of cheap gold jewlerry. I would like someone to build me a custom template for irater which incorporates burberry print, burberry baseball caps and some cut outs of chavs. I can recommend some images but I dont know what images will fit into the template so If you cant choose, then I maybe able to provide some with guidance. The template should be based on burberry print i.e: [login to view URL] See some custom templates here: [login to view URL] The latest I rater software I am running includes the feature : NEW DESIGN AND TEMPLATE ENGINE New! I-RATER has now been COMPLETELY integrated into a new and powerful template engine separating ALL code from design. This makes it much easier to create your own unique designs So implementing this theme should not be hard for all you pros. I have dabbled with it and it looks ok. I suppose you would need Irater to fufil this request so if youve not got it, I can provide it. I would prefer Uk coders to do this as they would know exactly what a chav is and how the theme should be created. I will also need a simple flash logo for the the irater site as well, if you goto [login to view URL] you can see the existing logo to get dimensions etc. IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT A CHAV IS THEN DONT BID, I WILL CHECK.
