Convert flash to something ipad compatable

Our website is [login to view URL] We have a moving flash section at the top of our site. I need a different format that is better, loads faster and is compatable with all browsers including ipad and iphone. We would like like the edges to line up with the rest of the side. No stick out. We would like the horizontal buttons at the top to be text based, not pics like they are. We need to have the things that are slowing down the site also improved or removed.
