Celebrity Address Site Redesign

I am looking for someone to do a redesign of www.mailhollywood.com. You don't need to redesign all of the different pages. Just the basic site template. I like the current design but it's been the design for a year now and I am ready for a change. A fresh look. Not so much blue. Maybe some stars like the Hollywood walk of fame. Whatever you think of. Look at my competitors sites for inspiration if you wish. I am not looking for someone's existing template. I want a new design custom to Mail Hollywood. Mail Hollywood is a site that contains celebrity addresses useful for collecting autographs. So the design should have some type of celebrities/addresses/collect autographs/FanMail theme. Design must look better than the existing one. I would like the site to have more buttons, less text links. More Colors. Maybe some autograph scans. If you have ideas for rotating autographs scans or anything that requires programming I should be able to do it. I would like the basic layout of the site to remain the same or close to the same. Please keep the budget listed in mind when bidding. Please give good examples of your work.
