Altering Flash Template with 4 pictures and some text - 1 page only

I have this flash template: [login to view URL] I need the four pictures on the front page to be changed to my own pictures that I will supply. I need the hover text on the pictures to be changed to my own paragraph and when a picture is clicked to link to an outside page that I will provide the URL for. I need the header at the top to be changed to a header that I provide. I need all the links at the bottom, including the header to either be deleted or changed to outside links that the pictures link to. Music turned off. Budget <$40. Time frame 1-2 days MAX.
