Create 5-10 Second Video For Me (After Effects)

Hi there, I'm looking to have a 10 second intro developed. This should be VERY EASY if you know Adobe After Effects. You can find the tutorial on how to do it below: [login to view URL] For the text, it should say: "Welcome to Alpha Affiliates" Intro should start out with white screen, then go into the video as shown in tutorial. Then... Once the effect has happened, make some cool effect where the end of video goes into a white screen. Have some cool sound effects in there too. Video must be compiled into .mov format @ 640x360 Person who can create this in shortest time & lowest bid wins. Please provide a sample demo clip as it makes it easier for me to select you. Thanks.
