We are a small children musical school association. We would like a VERY simple template, black and white, with a home page rapresenting static draw of 4 or 5 children playing instruments, on mouse over the pieces of draw make some simple movement. We will provide a mockup. For example it could be something like this: [login to view URL] . We don't need it in short time, we prefer not to pay a lot for it.
