A Monthly Digital Magazine

I will be publishing a digital magazine that allows the visitors to my site to be able to “flip” the pages and read articles. I will supply you with the required articles that have to be published. On a regular and continuing basis, every month I am looking for someone or a company who can do the following. 1.) take the articles and put them in a digital magazine format using well-known digital publishing software. The process of flipping pages and reading the digital magazine has to be extremely easy to understand and do because my site visitors are not technically oriented in the slightest. Ease of use is vital. (We use a PC, not MAC format). (Most of these software packages have some form of analytics that help you determine things like which pages the readers went to, how long they stayed, which pages were their last before they left, what they’re searching for in the magazine, and so on). 2.) Add basic design to the pages so they look like a quality magazine. I can send you a “style book” that will have numerous standard article layout that can be used for designing the digital magazine. The visual look might include photographs, colorful type, and so on. The style book can be relied upon for the look so we do not have to invent the wheel all over again. The articles might have videos, links in the articles to outside sites and to other areas of my site, perhaps audio files. These are generally standard in a digital software publishing package. (A quick Google search under “Digital magazine publishing” turns up many programs that do this, how the magazines basically look, and explain the common capabilities). 3.) Every month I need a completed digital magazine that I can first look at and then upload to the site quickly and simply. (There is a possibility that the frequency of the magazine could be increased to twice a month, but this depends on future reader response). I will pay via Escrow so you are guaranteed to collect your fee without any questions whatsoever. Please quote me a price per page for this magazine. It is hard to be 100% accurate about the page count since this is a new effort. I would conservatively estimate that it would be between 50 and 100 pages. Perhaps the length would grow beyond that at some future point. In general: this is a regular need for me, so the work would be quite steady. We are giving away this magazine free, so the price per magazine has to be the very best you can give. Other areas of work are possible once this is established. Reliability and accuracy is very important. Let me know what kind of software you would use. I have to see how hard or easy it is to use. As mentioned earlier, the program this is done in is vital because it has to be easy for the web visitor to use. As we all know, when people get frustrated, they tend to quickly leave a site.
