Hi, I would like a Flash Banner size 728 x 90 It needs to be a professional flash banner as we are one of the leading companies in the UK. I can provide images and logo. I need someone to be able to use their imagination to create the banner rather than a template. If you need any more images such as backgrounds I can provide these if you do not have stock.
