We are looking for a marketing manager for our website, http://pole.zone. The website sells shoes, apparel, and accessories for pole fitness enthusiasts.
Your job will be to manage social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+, etc.) and blog posts, and email campaigns.
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who will take initiative and drive the marketing process forward independently. Simply having experience with sending email campaigns or posting to Facebook will not cut it. You should have a good understanding of the merchandise we are selling, our target audience, and how to deliver effective, efficient campaigns. You should also have a good understanding of timing issues--what weekdays and what times work best for various channels.
Excellent English skills and the ability to author, distill, and summarize content are an absolute must. In addition, you should have extensive experience managing campaigns and coordinating marketing efforts across multiple channels.
At the beginning of each month, we would ask you to prepare a plan detailing what content will be posted and when. It is your job to find and prepare content and schedule it for delivery as appropriate. We will help to some extent, especially in the beginning, but ultimately we are looking for someone who will take full ownership of this process.
The only thing that matters is an increase in sales. If there are no results we will terminate the relationship. Conversely, if we see a continued increase in sales we will compensate you proportionally.

When bidding for this project please submit your MONTHLY initial fee. If the relationship works well we will re-hire you for additional months at the same fee. As stated above however, if sales increase we will also increase your compensation proportionally.
