Thank you for your project Proposal ID 9656359 "Do some data entry --3". I understand the assignment involved searching the website and inputting the relevant data into some form of document either in MSexcel. In undertaking this assignment, will apply the following approach: (a) Review of the web sites for collection of the source data. (b) Verify that the data here are correct, relevant tot he study complete and legible, making sense to the study. (c) Setting up of destination file. I will then set up a destination file or use the one prescribed by the client. (d) Copying and Pasting. I will copy and paste the relevant data from web sites (e) Organising the document. If the destination document is excel, I will set the spreadsheet, name the columns. number the rows, size cells so that the data to be tabulated fits smugly into each cell. I will also set formula to make it easy to analyse and also automatically update changes being applied to the entire worksheet.. (e) Editing and proof-reading. I will review the entire document checking and correcting spelling and syntax errors. (f) Client contact. Will contact the client with final document. Any comments make on the draft will be rectified immediate and final document resubmitted.

I can do Data Entry and Extraction as what I have been doing for the 1 and half year on my previous company I worked for. I used MS Office applications like Excel and Word and Outlook.
