 Handling the team of 40 Tele-callers  Manage all types of Calls as per guidelines of circle Team  (Welcome Calls, Pre And Post Collection Calls, OGB Calls, Health Check Calls, Retention Calls)  Compiling at day end and send it to the concern Department.  Checking call flow and manage SL and AL  Sending hourly reports to clients and management about call volume.  Tracking of all MIS for all data calling done and backlog.  Tracking of attendance and time schedule of tele-callers.
