For the past years, I worked as a web researcher, email corresponding agent and virtual assistant at some private BPO companies. I have excellent experience in researching, data mining, data entry, managing extracted data in Google Spreadsheet, MS Excel, CRM and other related applications.
As a web researcher and email corresponding agent for 3 years, I looked for names and contact information of school personnel in charge of a department school website. Our clients provide us the name of the schools' department, then searched for the email addresses and/or school website's contact forms. We reached out to them through email regarding a free resource that they might be interested to post on their website.
I also worked as a virtual assistant for some real estate agents and private investors based in the US. Property searches, web scraping, lead generation, find some leads, pre-screen properties for sale and run comparables (CMA) of properties for sale are some of the many tasks I handled. I search for properties that meet the buying and selling criteria of my clients. Then, I input all information in a Google spreadsheet, excel sheet, Podio, Asana and other related applications/tools.
