Impove a Solution based on MS-Excel and SQl Server

We have a solution based on MS-Excel and SQl Server. Aktually we need some improvements. 1) Create a SQL Server database somwhere in the internet. It should be nearly free for 4 weeks. We will use the database to transfer the results. 2) 2.1) Create Trigger for 5 tables. Each time a record ist created, updated or deleted: Write Information to a Shadow table. 2.2) If the shadow table has more then 1000 records: Delete 100 records. (The oldest records) 3) 3.1) If as record is updated: Write the Update-Date in a separate Column of the original table. 3.2) If as record is updated: Write the Update-User in a separate Column of the original table. 4) In MS-Excel (use VBA and ADO) 4.1) Write code to read data from an SQLServer Table to MS-Excel. 4.2) Write code to update theb data in the SQLServer Table from MS-Excel. 4.3) Only changed cells should be transfered. You can realise this using a hidden table and compare the data before update.
