Database of projects

Here's a general description. Details will be shared later. I need a database that can house projects. These projects have many fields associated with them. A lot of them are typical, some textbox fields like Project Title, Contact Name; some listbox fields, like Project Status, Project Type. Some fields can contain multiple values. Also there's an extra database of what's called Commitments. These are categories organized in four layers (First category is broken down into second, and those broken down into third etc). I already have this heirarchy imported in the database. The lowest level of categories are tied to each project, where each project can address a specific Commitment. It addresses one primary commitment, and, optionally, several secondary. Each commitment also has a lead agency, supporting agency or none. Each project also has several financial metrics tied to it, each metric is broken down in five years. Also, each project has a status field (complete, underway, etc) . This information is then aggregated based on commitments and higher categories. I already have a general UI already made. Your work has to be tied into it. It's a straightforward navigigation form. I have several parts already done - tables created for most of the fields above, except the financial information. Most relationships defined. I need: - Ability to create/edit/delete new projects - Ability to search for projects based on any metric etc. (A lot of this part is done already) - Report of financial information combined for each Agency. - Report of Project statuses combined for Commitments and higher categories - Export of several projects at once as an Excel spreadsheet The above has to be done exactly, and we will discuss details over chat/phone. The biggest objective is that this has to be done urgently - within the next two-three days. There needs more to be done with this project, so potential for a lot more follow-on work!
