Create an formula in Excel for calculation aluminium extrusion deflections under wind load

Hi there, This sounds pretty straight forward. As you will see, I have experience in this area, and am familiar with the Australian Wind Codes as well as the structural engineering requirements. Given the appropriate standards and the section properties, this is a relatively straightforward calculation. A copy of the standard would also be helpful to check, otherwise I can use the existing data as reference.
