Hello, I am looking for someone to cleanup/improve my new restaurant opening scheduling/deployment/manpower needed/staffing workbook. While there is a lot of good work done in this WB it needs some fine-tuning. - Put together one pager trainer sheet (1 hour) - Organize “DBR Hours” Sheet (1 hour) - Organize “New Store Staffing” Sheet (30 minutes) - Tie New Store Staffing & DBR Hours Sheet together. Based on the “DBR Hours” assumptions the average employee targets on the “New Store Staffing Sheet” and “Weekly Forecasted” sheet’ (2 hours) - Deployment charts: (2 hours) o Have sales and daypart mix auto populate o Clean up the deployment charts to make them more graphical (example included) o Export deployment chart by day that allows them to put names next to positions - Have “DBR Week proforma” sales (forecast) auto populate from dropdown of weekly forecasted sales (30 minutes) - Eliminate different data points for same item (e.g. drive time) - Overall bug fixes and adjustments (1 hour) The hours are just placeholders for what how much time I believe it would take to improve/adjust each section.
