Hi, I can build for a commission calculator on Microsoft Excel for salespersons based on minimum sales, personal parameters, by sales or collections (including by partitional payments). I will add a VBA code to link between salespersons to customers . The sales and commission reports will show the outstanding commission for each salesperson and his sales which were not paid yet by the customers. For this the model will have tables with information as follows:
Customer list (Customer name, salesperson name).
Sales by invoices (invoice no, invoice date payment terms, amount)
Salespersons list (name, commission rate, minimum sales, sale or cash)
list of payments by customer (date, amount)
List of payment to salespersons (salesperson name, date, amount).
The model will enable to add or delete salespersons and customer from screen layout or directly to the spreadsheet.
