Automatically return a value from table EXCEL

Automatically fill field with number from table. I calculate payroll using a table. Each column of the top axis is a range of numbers; 75-100, 101-125, 126-150, etc. The side axis rows are a dollar number $30, $35, $40, $45 etc. Basically I want you to look at a cell then grab the appropriate number from the graph and insert. There are eight places on the sheet where this needs to be done. In the fictious example attached, C36 value is 97 and C35 value is $66.67. Using the table the value 97 would fall under column I and $66.67 would be on row 55. Therefore we would need the value in I55 returned to C37. This will need to be done eight times for values in row 37, 48, 60, 71. The sheet is "Data" (please do not alter other sheets). Let me know if you have any questions.
