According to previous experience, I can say that the ABS for printing 3D is not as durable and expensive to manufacture. Your job is not difficult when you have a ready-made model. I have my own brand of plastic hangers for PS, EPS, HIPS, GPPS, polystyrene and copolymers and other. But it is better if you show me your grade plastic, I'm ready to test 15 brands. Create a table with all the data modeling, weight, safety factor. And also i send you reports about all modeling processes. Send me your model, select the material and I model it and send you a report. If you like it, then you take me to work. The deformation of the hanger hook is determined by maintaining the hanger under static load: hanger-hanger for shirts, skirts, pants size 26-42 - (1,00 ± 0,03) kg, size 44-58 - (1,50 ± 0,03 ) kg; for clothes hangers, hangers sizes 26-42 - (2,00 ± 0,05) kg, size 44-58 - (4,00 ± 0,05) kg; sizes 26-42- (6,00 ± 0,10) kg, size 44-58 for outerwear - (10,0 ± 0,1) kg and (20,0 ± 0,1) kg - only for air transport .
