Looking for experts with prior experience to design and assemble IP camera prototype. We are experienced with IoT concepts. We are actually implementing some of the services using Raspberry Pi (Windows 10 IoT) and MS azure event hub based systems. It can also can be implemented using Linux distro. A camera module can be attached to the Pi. Or, Odroid can be used. For sensor related information, Arduino can be used and there are several add-on shields available. We can start working on this with and the budget can be fixed on the fly. Though the raspberry Pi has HD display capabilities, it may not have a H264 encoding capability, For that Toradex boards will be most suited, We can discuss this further.
