Need sanding machine drawn in auto cad or solidworks and eng

Im looking to have a sander designed and manufactured,I need to get real world working drawings made in 2d and 3d for this sander,the gears and motor will l have to be designed and engineered to work together properly,i have some rough sketches of what I want,there will need to be some physics figured out on the product design,the product will have a corded and or non corded control box to operate it ,so there will need to be some electrical engineering work done as well.I will want to have drawing s that I can send out to have the prototype built from. I'm not sure of the product budget.
