Develop larger proposal to modify network monitoring system (i.e. Nagios, Pandora FSM, Zenoss)

*** FIRST, THIS PROJECT IS TO DEVELOP A LARGER PROPOSAL, THAT I WILL FUND SEPARATELY, TO DEVELOP A SYSTEM TO LOG TIME SERIES DATA. It should be based on network monitoring software. THIS BID IS TO WRITE THE LARGER PROPOSAL not doing the coding or other work!!! Please bid accordingly. TITLE: Develop a larger proposal to modify network monitoring system (i.e. by modifying Nagios, Pandora FSM, Zenoss) Modify Network Monitoring Systems (Nagios, Zenoss, Pandora FMS) to… • Take time series data (from CSV files) from temp, rh, equipment data, weather to store the values • Take event logs and store the logs • Tag the data as it enters the database with account info and property info • Quickly graph and generate reports from the data • Have functionality for creating alarms for events where two or more data values are reached (ie alarm functions must have logic (and/or/not) • Have the ability to write scripts that calculate the area under the graphs for reports • Must store 1-3 years of data for each account. I've reviewed Nagios, Zenoss, and Pandora FMS. I believe these all can accommodate most of these functions, but I don't know which is the best or most applicable. I'd prefer a system that is NoSQL (i.e. Cassandra/hbase) but can't find one. We will host on amazon ec2. We were going to build from scratch, but now prefer to adapt a system if that system has good documentation and user base.
