Create an interactive map of Houston for appointments

Would like to have a map designed of houston, tx. This map will be broken down into several different sections. Each section will be colored different color to help make it easier for customer. This map will allow the user to click onto the area they live. Based on what color that area was in will give cutomer the time slot allowed for that area of town for the day they want. I want to create this interactive map onto my website so I can help streamline my pickups for my business. Currently we have no such system and want to have customers choose same time frame if they live near each other so we are not driving all around town. Have a sample from another website that can help give you an idea what Im looking for. Once this map has been created will need it to be uploaded to our website.
