Computer Network Security

I've provided the relevant notes relating to Access Control, and the e-book. There are no notes on programming, only concept, and no mention of this algorithm or the terms besides the lab2 .pdf requirements. I have given everything presented for this lab assignment and it must be completed in Java or C, but programming in C (unix) is preferred. I have uploaded some sample data, although the teacher has not assigned me my own sample data, so it should only be as an example.
