Automation tool for storm8's iphone game

This application is to help do recruting process on imobster game from storm8.com. I get lot of recruits everyday which takes about 30 seconds per recruit (so the whole process could take couple of hours - each day). The process is simple and has about 3-4 steps but doing it 200 times a day just takes time. I want to have an application written (either on windows or iphone) which can do this simple step for me.
