1) shared workspace/folder (private workgroups)
2) forum with IM (private job board)
3) dynamic lecture: schedule with ppt upload option, play ppt slideshow, (poll feature: auto-append poll to questions, audience vote through web-based interface).
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
## Platform
In my estimation, this will most likely end up implementing Alfresco/Drupal CMIS integration, due to the need for JODconverter and Openoffice -headless functionality (Drupal + fileframework module could come close). I do need an invoice from beforehand so I can budgetthe funds.
