Call Forwarder

I need an application that will forward phone calls. App will be installed on a computer connected to a phone line. a. app will answer calls b. caller will dial a number – by dial tones c. app will remember the number d. App will setup a conference call between the dialer and the number he had dialed (by pressing 'flash' + dialing the number + when answered press 'flash' again) Please quote only on the basic app. You may quote on the additional features on PM. Additional features: - App will answer only specific callers – using caller id. - Callback: after the user has pressed the number he hangs up.
