Arduino coding data log acquisition

I'm building an Arduino MEGA 2560 data logger connected to 6 sensors in total (x4 wind sensors [Rev.P Wind sensor] with temp sensor and x2 temperature probe sensor [DS18b20]). I have 3 already written programs: wind sensor velocity program, wind sensor velocity calibration and temperature probe program which I would like to be joined to work with just a one single program doing all functions together. The schematic of the electronic connection is attached as follows

NB: Although the program are provided they might still might need some minor twerking. example: the temp sensor program provided was taken from an arduino UNO sketch which my Arduino is a MEGA 2560. The wind sensor program integrated is extremely important it has the calibration program so to give accurate readings! I repeat its extremely important and very much required
