Do some 3D Modelling (Revit preferred)

I would like someone to develop a facility that serves as a museum and jazz performance space for a university less than 20,000sq.ft. that can range from 1-3 stories. In addition to the model, I would like the plans in revit to be well developed. A building shell is what I am looking for that I can develop interior spaces within. I want the architectural style of the building fit in within a typical medium-scale rural city.
