Looking for a local virtual assistant who is able to help with duties such as researching, sourcing, finding leads and clients and liaising with clients. Needs to be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese and Mandarin. The following are the tasks required to be completed within a week. -Set up on Tao Bao and help to source and purchase supplies and get orders shipped to HK -Find interns for photography and models for social media content -Find out and help with applying for business funding in HK -Source sample making and manufacturing for small quantity garments in China -Collate media list of names and emails to send out press release -Find best rates for shipping and logistics and set up account. -Send out emails to stores to open wholesale accounts. Skills in I.T and programs such as Excel, MS Office, Adobe etc would be preferred. Must be highly skilled in research and attention to detail to filter and find the correct items/information. If a good candidate, will use regularly for virtual assistance.
