Determine in which way forms need to be written and designed in order to be able to gather all the necessary information relating to a particular tradesman job.

We have forms where questions are asked to be able to get responses back in order to be able to gather the necessary information regarding to a trade installation (like electrical, plumbing and air conditioning etc.). These questions are repeated for different jobs in different ways.

There are about 20+ different groups of these questions, and depending on the context, the options have to be written differently to accommodate certain information. So basically you will re-write these multiple-choice responses in multiple ways, depending on what type of context the question is in.

You will determine how these questions will integrate together to gather all the necessary data, as some of these questions lead to other questions, and skip others in the form.

You will have to be able to think outside the box and be able to take charge on designing these forms.

Each question will have multiple choice answers (copywriting of the questions is not included in this work, but you will provide a framework and help and lead those who do writing of these forms.)

Each question and option will also have either one or multiple images (Supply of images is not included in this work), so you have to guide, oversee and manage others who will be choosing the images will be required to portray your question and answer in the best way, and selecting the most beautiful ones.

You will compare the data in a spreadsheet and determine what text should be written for what options. Others will write in the way that you tell them to write.

There are 1000 unique question/answer sets which need to be written - you will look after the teams making them and provide leadership to them - you will answer their questions, and you will be supported by management above you who will be able to assist with the work you will be doing.

You would need to be familiar with what is involved with each of these forms and you would need to be creative so that these forms are pretty, functional and well designed.

It would be necessary to work in with other team members who would also be involved in the task.

Familiarity with excel is essential.

The project would be best suited to a project or management engineer or UI designer due to the nature of the technical field and knowledge required, particularly in relation to Australian Residential installations. Content would be ideally created using this knowledge and it would end up written in a readable and eloquent magazine style format, by a synchronised team that can get it done quickly and correctly.

You will be required to work in with others who will monitor your progress and performance on a daily basis through our PM system, and you will achieve this within one month.

As part of the project you will also need to be checking your own work.
