Ajudar a Diminuir Fila de Espera - Calculo Matematico

Tenho uma fila de espera com 80 Grupos de pessoas.
preciso reduzir drasticamente essa fila em numero (metade)
não posso eliminar os grupos e nem as pessoas.
minha capacidade de atendimento é de ate 10 grupos por dia.
mas a cada 10 grupos que eu atendo 20 novos grupos de pessoas se formam.
Seria possível uma solução para isso?
Estou levando em media 8 Dias para atender a todos, mas gostaria de diminuir esse tempo.
Alguma outra solução se caberia nesse caso?
I have a waiting line with 80 groups of people.
I need to drastically reduce this queue in number (half)
I can not eliminate groups or people.
My attendance capacity is up to 10 groups per day.
But every 10 groups that I attend 20 new groups of people are formed.
Could a solution be possible?
I am taking 8 days in average to meet everyone, but I would like to decrease this time.
