I need a experienced and fast developer, to create a databases were the Church could manage topics and reports related to member’s info, financial, accounting and calendar.
Preferred engine : MS Access, but not limited to it, neither in programming language.
From 10-15 tables maybe.
It should be user friendly and assuming the users aren't familiar with the tool created.
The database should be flexible to add, remove, and edit data, reports and analysis tools outputs.
If possible, the Database should have the capability to be access from cellphones or external sources by approved users at the same time based on their capabilities.
It should be develop with a robust base capable to migrate into other platforms or web apps.
User documentation and technical documentation are required.

Well, actually I was thinking in access just because every pc have it, is a common software and not need internet, because right now, the church dont have internet yet. So I have to develop a tool that could work without internet too. But as I explain before, the project isn't limited to access. Suggestions are well received.
