REAL ESTATE RECORDS RESEARCH DATA MINING

Project Description: Seeking someone for data mining at county government recorder of real estate deeds and other documents sites. Must examine deeds of trust, contract for deed and or mortgages filed between given dates (12/31/10 to 12/31/12 ) to determine if they are private party / owner carry financing and retrieve the mailing address of the grantee owner of the contracts and forward to me in a .csv or excel file.
