Save, label, and deliver 2000 apartment pictures via CD or Zip. Summary We will provide you with a spread sheet of 1000 apartment communities from our website www.rentsmart.com. The apartments have 0 to 8 pictures for each community. This project is to look up the apartment community on our website, generate, save, and label 2000 pictures to a file. You will then be required to label the excel sheet with the picture names and mail the pictures to us. This is the first project; upon successful completion we will be able to provide additional work. Details 1. You will be provided an excel sheet with the following fields a. City b. Apartment Name c. Apartment Id 2. You will be required to go to [login to view URL] and look up the apartments that meet the criteria listed above. a. Go to [login to view URL] b. Choose metro area c. Then choose search by Name d. Type in the apartment name provided e. Make sure you have an exact match by looking at apartment Id listed in the URL. 3. Save pictures from the detail page as follows a. after you perform the search and find the apartment result you will need to click on the apartment to get to the detail page. b. On the detail page there will be a toolbar and under the tool bar there will be an Icon call "more photos". Click on the icon and a pop up will display the photos. c. If there is not an icon that is labeled more photos simply copy the two photos on the page. d. If there are no photos and no icon simply go to the next apartment community. e. Save each photo to a file and label (id number a,b,c,d etc.) as follows. Example Apt ID 7541 URL = [login to view URL] 1st pic = 7541a 2nd pic = 7541b 3rd pic = 7541c etc 4. Add the picture name to the excel in the appropriate field which is associated with the apartment Id. 5. Deliver the pictures and excel sheet to us via CD or Zip. Note this project is for 2000 pictures. The 1000 apartment communities is an estimate based on an average of two apartments per look up. Some apartments communities have 0 some have as many as 8 pictures.
