Access Form Creation / Clone

Create a new Access form using an existing Access form as a 'template.' Existing Access form has about 120 fields. Newly created Access form will have about 80 fields. There are some basic addition, subtraction, and multiplication calculations. The calculations/formulas are already written into the existing Access form… you’ll simply copy and paste the formulas into the new form.
