I have a list of 4,666 names saved in Excel file. The full names are currently in one field and we need to have them split into 3 fields: title, first name, second name fields. Not all names have enough information to fill all three fields and so some judgement has to be used. For example: Ady Doyle (in one field) needs to be cut and pasted to become [first name] Ady [second name] Doyle. Mr Lee Rogers needs to be cut and pasted to become [title] Mr [first name] Lee [second name] Rogers Mr T Lynch needs to be cut and pasted to become [title] Mr [first name] T[second name] Lynch Elizabeth Holland-bloor needs to be cut and pasted to become [first name] Elizabeth [second name] Holland-bloor. Difficult ones might include: H.F.Th. Vossen - needs to become [first name] [login to view URL] [second name [Vossen] Jose Antonio Gonzalez Campesino - needs to become first name [Jose Antonio] second name [Gonzales Campesino] PLEASE NOTE: It is important not to cut and paste only (not to retype the names) to avoid any miss spellings of names. Each name has a unique number which allows me to identify it and this must also not be changed.
