Prospects for new customers via phone, email and social media interactively through groups, networking, cross-selling and referrals, and by canvassing for large potential customers
Sales Rep presents commercial services and products to potential customers through in-person presentations and electronic communications.
Creates new business at the local and regional and international levels through creative sales calls, leads, prospecting, networking, cross-selling and referrals.
Sales Rep follows up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction of service and products and to obtain sales referrals for new business.
Creates and maintains promotional database.
Updates managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
Resolves order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers.
Resolves promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices; forwarding resolution to managers.
Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
Creates and maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
Prepares sales presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials.
Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analyzing, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement.
Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Understanding and utilizing the company's sales process and protocols
Creating benchmarking, market studies, Commercial propositions and invoices
Suite CRM (CRM Management)
Social Media Campaigns and online ads for prospect conversion
Creating, implementing and analyzing prospect conversion strategy
