Bidding has to be per succesfull shop import and not for the whole project. There is a live demo on the site so you can see how much work it is per shop. There is no hurry with the project so if you or your team can do like 10 shops a day that will be fine. Again the project budget is for the whole project and not for each succesfull data import.
