We are looking for someone with extensive experience in voice customer service or has been worked for call center or current working at similar kind of area and looking for part time opportunity.
On this role you will working with internal support individuals, receiving/making customers calls, coordinating, passing and updating notes as needed.
We will reimburse the expenses for voice equipment ( phone sets, router ) what ever you need to get started. You need to have clear communication skill in English "Written and spoken English"
Before bidding on this project please clear up a few things to qualify yourself. This is very important.
1. You have good internet connection 2. You do speak clean English 3. Had past experience with making / receiving calls
You will get paid as hourly / per call basis and most likely this role will be long term for the right person.
